DAY 1: Super Sized Healthy Breakfast

This morning Chris and I had lots planned for the day so I kicked off the morning with this deliciously easy breakfast "sammy" (as Rachael would say).

Step 1:  add poultry seasoning, S& P, and 1/4c maple syrup to 1 lb. of ground chicken

Step 2: Separate out 8 egg whites

This is me learning how to properly separate the egg whites, takes some skill.
 
 Step 3: Divide the meat in quarters and fry them up in a pan with a little EVOO
 Step 4: In a separate pan, heat the egg whites just like you would scrambled eggs
 Step 6: Top it with some cheese
 Step 7: Stack it all together and ENJOY!
